Why an update is available for my card?

After purchase, the ticket is pending a card update to be reloaded.



The card must be presented again over the telephone so that the tickets can be reloaded onto it.

To do this:

Check that you have a good network connection:

  • either 4G or 5G only (Wi-Fi disabled),
  • or Wi-Fi only (mobile data disabled).

Click on Update card and find the right place to position your card by moving it very slightly and slowly.

Once the card is detected, hold it perfectly still: loading the ticket takes longer than simply reading the card and requires a little more time.

If an error occurs, don't worry, you just need to find the right position for the card.
